The Look Aesthetics Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Look Aesthetics. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by The Look Aesthetics Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our site, services, and any related offerings provided by The Look Facial Aesthetics, LLC (“we” or “The Look”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe, professional experience. This Terms and Conditions page includes a summary of our privacy practices, booking policies, cancellation terms, and more. If you do not agree with these terms or our Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our website or services.



2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Select facial treatments are available for younger clients; however, some procedures may require parental consent prior to treatment. Proof of age or a consultation may be required for certain services.



3. Medical Disclaimer

All content provided on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results vary per individual, and The Look Aesthetics makes no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes.



4. Appointments and Cancellations

To provide the highest level of care and access for all of our patients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without any prior notice) will also be subject to a $100 fee.

A $100 consultation fee is required for all new injectable patients. This fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward treatment if booked and received within 30 days of the consultation.

While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in the need to secure future appointments with a non-refundable deposit. This deposit can be applied toward services/products if the appointment is kept. However, if the appointment is missed, the deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $100 rescheduling fee will be required to book again.

To ensure a smooth clinic flow and to respect the time of all patients, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Patients arriving 10 minutes or more past their appointment time may need to be rescheduled, and a $100 fee will apply.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide the best experience for every patient we serve.



5. Payment and Refund Policy

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and Apple Pay. Cash payments are also welcome.

Refunds:
Refunds for services that have already been rendered are not provided under any circumstances. All sales of completed treatments are final.

You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. If 30 days or more have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about a return, please contact us directly.



6. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift Card Policy:
Our updated gift card system includes two separate cards:

  • Purchased Gift Card (burgundy): Can be kept on file and used toward any service or product, including those on promotion.

  • Bonus Gift Card (pink): Issued as a reward for certain gift card purchases. This card is only valid for full-price services and products and must be physically presented at checkout. It cannot be kept on file.

Key Guidelines:

  • Bonus gift cards cannot be used toward discounted or promotional items.

  • If both cards are presented at checkout, you may use both in the same transaction—but the bonus card portion will only apply to full-price items.

  • Bonus gift cards retain remaining balances for future use, but must be brought back physically.

  • Lost bonus cards cannot be replaced, so please store them securely.

  • Only one promotional bonus may be applied per transaction.

  • Purchased gift cards may be used in combination with current discounts and offers.

  • Tennessee law requires that gift cards do not expire and are fully transferable unless otherwise noted.

Additional Offer Policy:
On the day of treatment, patients may receive 20% off one non-prescription product. This cannot be combined with other discounts or bonus card usage.



7. Cell Phone Usage

To preserve the confidentiality and comfort of all patients, cell phone use is not allowed in the reception area or treatment rooms. This includes making calls, taking photos, videos, or recordings of any kind. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and private environment.



8. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside our facility or anywhere on the property. We kindly ask that all patients and visitors respect this policy to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.



9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected through our website or in-office visits is used strictly for appointment booking, communication, and improving your experience with The Look Aesthetics. For full details, please view our Privacy Policy.



10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, photography, and videos—is the property of The Look Aesthetics and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
