Welcome to Moxi

(usually arms and abdomen)

One of the most noticeable signs of aging is sun damage. Regardless of actual age, any skin damage from the sun is likely to make you appear older than you are. Sun damage can show up in freckling, sun spots, dullness of skin, fine lines, and wrinkles.

We love MOXI because it requires no downtime. Just a few simple laser rejuvenation treatments with an easy post treatment care plan will have you looking younger and fresher than ever, no matter what season your skin is in!

MOXI is part of the Laser and Light specialties offered at The Look through the mJOULE platform device from Sciton.

MOXI delivers gentle pulses of laser energy into the skin to have controlled damage. This allows the body to do what it does naturally: remove the damaged skin cells where the pigment and signs of aging are held. Most patients see fresher, rejuvenated skin after their first treatment!

Results, Recovery & Interval

Improvement in the skin can be seen within the first session, with optimal results taking place after the third or fourth treatment.

Each treatment takes under 30 minutes and requires no downtime, other than avoiding the sun for 24 hours after each treatment. Some patients do experience a bit of redness after the procedure, which can be soothed with cold compresses. No special skin care is required.

3-4 treatments over the course of 3-4 weeks are suggested for optimal results.

A consultation and assessment at The Look will determine if you are a candidate suitable for treatment using the MOXI procedure.

MOXI was designed for active individuals looking to reverse sun damage and improve the overall appearance of the skin. MOXI is different from other laser treatments because it begins to work almost immediately, with little to no discomfort to the patient.

It can also be used in conjunction with BBL for optimal results.
