The Look Aesthetics is committed to providing an accessible online experience for all visitors, including people with disabilities.

Our accessibility goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our ongoing accessibility goal. We continue to test and improve this website and do not represent that every part of it currently conforms to that standard.

Measures we take

We work to support accessibility through:

• Semantic page structure and descriptive headings;
• Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
• Visible keyboard focus indicators;
• Text alternatives for meaningful images;
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it; and
• Automated accessibility testing together with manual review.

Known limitations

Some light-coral labels on light backgrounds do not yet meet our WCAG contrast goal. We have preserved this approved brand color while documenting the limitation and continuing to review accessible design options.

Our online scheduler is provided by PatientNow. Some vendor-controlled text within the scheduler has insufficient contrast. If this prevents you from booking, please call or email us and our team will help you access the service another way. Opening the scheduler in a new tab displays the same PatientNow interface and may not resolve the difficulty.

Videos in our Watch & Learn library are played through YouTube. Many currently rely on automatically generated captions, which may contain errors, and “Why Your Skincare Isn't Fixing Your Acne” does not currently have a detected English caption track. Contact us if you need help accessing information from a video in another format.
